Your sponsorship puts the Mobile Triage Outreach unit on the road, gets veterans the benefits they earned, and builds transitional housing and workforce pathways in communities that are usually overlooked.
“Planting Flags; Nurturing Families; Harvesting Legacies.”
The project, in one loop
Rural Louisiana veterans navigate a fractured landscape — the services exist, but coordination does not. LCDC closes that gap. Select any program to see what it does and what your sponsorship makes possible.

The Film
A sponsorship does not fund one service. It funds the handoff between them. Intake, benefits navigation, housing, workforce, legal — and the follow-through that carries every referral to a recorded outcome. This film walks that life cycle end to end, so you can see exactly where a dollar lands and what it sets in motion.
Our promise to every sponsor
We will not put unverified numbers in front of a funder. Where the site shows figures drawn from pilot or demonstration data, they are labeled as such. When VI-PAR™ reporting is live you will get audited outcomes — and until then you get an honest description of what is built and what is not.
We will never charge a veteran for benefits navigation, and ability to pay is never a condition of intake. Earned revenue and sponsorship are what keep the free services free, year after year — a mission that depends entirely on grant cycles disappears when a grant cycle does.
Program documentation, the operational plan and the full Foundation Library are available to prospective funders on request. We issue an access code rather than publishing internal operating detail openly — ask and we will send you one.
